  • Through applied research in targeted workplaces:
    • production of an inventory of obstacles to the integration of immigrants into the labour market
    • production of an inventory of difficulties encountered by businesses or institutions in the integration and retention of immigrants
  • Development of a community of practice with existing research centres
  • Development of partnerships with community groups, professional associations, colleges and vocational training centres for the purpose of inventorying innovative practices
